Hello + Happy Riding Season!

Breadwinner Cycles has been fortunate to steadily and consistently grow as a company since its inception, but the last 16 months have been like nothing we’ve ever experienced. Wow.
Building custom steel bikes is our dream come true. Working with customers on to design and build a bike that is perfectly fit to their geometry, ride style and aesthetic delights is utterly rewarding. So of course we’ve been stoked to enjoy this wave of enthusiasm for all things bicycle related!
At the same time, this surging demand for bicycles – both for leisure and transportation – has left major holes in the bike industry supply chain. It’s hard to convey the level of difficulty these shortages have created. We have shifted our operations in response and are adapting to this new reality.
The good news is that we feel stronger than ever and we have weathered this storm pretty well, all things considered.
Breadwinner is in good health and part of the reason for that is because of YOUR interest and patience. Thank you all for helping us get through this wildly challenging era of human history.
