Back in 2011 we were approached by Shinola to build bikes for them and their #madeinUSA brand. Their passion to source as many domestically made parts for all their products fit well with our desire to make high end custom bikes in Portland. We ended up building 6 prototypes and designing their whole line of bikes. We used that money to start Breadwinner Cycles. Last month they opened their store in Portland and we are still proud to be a part of every bike they sell.
